yesterday I picked up a CK, albino one, about 3", I putted it into a 100 galls tank with the rest of my bichirs and my other CK which is about 15; I noticed that my new CK seems to be in a trouble getting along with the other mates which are much bigger than himself, so I removed it and currently in a 20 galls tank with a couple of smaller cat fish, black ghosts and an elephant fish; questions is how do you handle your new CK specially to get them to eat pellets?
I set up some hiding places in the tank, but I am thinking of removing them; good idea or not?

Leave the hiding space. It'll make it less stress. As for the feeding...starving it for a bit won't hurt it. Especially if you have other fish in the tank that will eat the pellets. It'll see it and eventually start eating the pellets as well.

btw, does CK always fight with its own kind?I planning to put them together once the smaller one gets a little bigger into a bigger tank

They tend to be territorial, but people have had numerous success raising them together. However, they start them off small together. Introducing new CKs with larger and more established ones is a crap shoot. You can some times rearrange the decor and/or remove the older CK for a couple of days and reintroduce the old one and new one at the same time.
