Vertically-oriented cage, around 15-20 gal sized. As babies, they'll eat a lot of insects (mostly crckets), but as adults they eat primarily prepared foods. There's pre-made formulas by T-Rex, and Zoomed, and as supplement, you can also mix vitamins with fruit-flavored baby food. Mine still eats crickets occasionally, but will refuse any kind of worm
