so i just curious to see what are good tank mates for dats in my tank right now. i have a regular dat, i dont know what species, but it has 7 bars haha what a noob right? but aside from that dat i have a convict, (who seems to have a problem with the other fish in the tank), two phantom tetras ( i have no idea how those two got in there), and a bichir. i have a 70 gallon tank and its soooo empty in there, i just wanted to know what you guys would do in this situation. oh, and should i get rid of the convict, hes getting super mean to my dat and im scared he might hurt him really bad.

It's an Indonisian Tiger datnoid btw. I don't want any cichlids in my tank with my dats when I get my NGT to go along with my NTT so the dempsey's that I have will have to go. I am trying to limit aggression as much as I possiblly can.
You should read up on the species. You might find it as intriguing as I have found it to be. Youtube is great too.
