New datnoid - sold as tiger dat?

I got this datnoid today for $20. No idea if that's a good price or not. Can anyone give me an idea exactly what kind it is? He's very frisky, and about 3 inches long (maybe 3.5, he won't hold still long enough for me to measure). Sorry for the poor pics. I can try to get better ones in a bit.

Sweet, thanks for the ID. They had another one I thought about getting, don't have any pics though. It was about 1.5" longer, and was almost completely black. You could tell it had stripes though. They wanted $30 for that one. I liked this one better.

How fast do they grow, and how big do they get? He's still in the acclimation tank, and he's already eating baby guppies

Some more pics. The first one is the last pic while he was in the acclimation tank. the other three are about 45 minutes after I put him in the tank. He's out, swimming around, seeming pretty comfortable. He's also already looking at a couple of the feeder guppies hungrily Hopefully he cleans them out of the tank...

I'm also seriously thinking about going back and picking up the other datnoid. It was at least an inch to an inch and a half longer, and only $30. It was a lot darker in coloration, showing almost no gold color at all.

Yah, I was impressed with the color difference. He seems to be getting bolder by the minute. The only fish he's still nervous about is the big male angel, and that's only because the angel pair just laid eggs yesterday and are being super aggressive to everyone.
