New delhezi

I got a delhezi today from a LFS. It was supposed to be $25, the guy gave it to me for $20. They had to order it, and he spent 10 minutes trying to figure out which tank it got put in.

Its acclimating in a bucket at the moment, I'll take some pictures later.

Its the most expensive fish I've ever bought lol. Hope it doesn't die...

Ask at the LFS, I think a lot of them will order stuff for you. All the normally have are senegals.

Delhezis are cool! My favorite Polys that I've had so far. They're starting to gain more popularity since I've been seeing them around a bit more. Never saw them at all a year ago.

Congratulations on finding a del, especially if they are hard to come by in your area. I don't know what prices are like down there, but if you can find one or get one shipped in, a $20 del is a very rare deal in these parts.

They are an awesome poly, great markings, active swimmers, good eaters. What can I say, there is no downside to this fish.

Any way to tell if its male or female? its about 4-5 inches long.

It has been hiding mostly, but cruises around the bottom a bit too. It eats shrimp pellets, which is good.



What are the funny little nostril stalks for?
