New delhezi

Just picked him up about 2 or 3 inches. His patterns are what caught my attention, they had him on a white and blue gravel so I'm hoping on the black sand they get even sharper. I'll post pics once I get him home

Thanks man, it was pretty sketchy. The one I got was the only one in the tank at my LFS that was showing the green colors and had the sharp stripes. He's on black sand in my 10g grow out so I'm hoping its colors only get stronger over time

Sadly black sand makes their base color darken so it will make the stripes show less over time.

Get some garnet sand if you can.

I'm gonna have to disagree with u on this one .... I feel as tho ornates and delhezis look best on all black .... That's it tho... Everything else looks best on garnet or red mixed with 20% black .... But I loved my del on black sand it looked awesome
