New diet for Black Ghost Knife help please

I want my black ghost knife to be as healthy as possible so i want to give him the best diet possible. He is about 8 inchs so what should i feed him on a daily basis? weekly treats? other foods he could eat?

Shrimp, tilapia, Bloodworms, NLS and Hikari sinking pellets..

my BGK's everday diet is floating NLS 4.5mm and bloodworms.as a treat he grabs algae wafers from my pleco and eats them.

what is in NLS? I currently feed him flakes in the morning, bloodworms at night and i just fed him Brine Shrimp for the first time and he seemed to love it. I have also fed him ghost shrimp and he loves eating them. Is that okay?

NLS has sinking carnivore pellets like Hikari? and I agree with the above foods. You might want to try forzen krill as well
