New discus tank

The discus have been moved to their new home. Build took months to complete but I'm happy with the outcome. There are a total of 8 discus in the tank, 6 of which are photographed below. Put a thread in the photo lounge but thought I'd put one here too. Enjoy.

nice! are there any other type of discuss? arent there also more shinny ones? LFS Is telling me this so idk if am sounding like a moron or a nerd

Not quite sure what you mean by shiny, but there are numerous varieties of discus with different patterns and color morphs. Mine were all obtained thru Central Ohio Discus via my LFS. Check out Central Ohio Discus and other breeders websites for photos of the different varieties available.

Yes, it was carved out of pink styrofoam from home depot. Then painted, and coated with 4 coats of west system epoxy with sand mixed into the last coat. The center root was a driftwood stump that I cut and mounted to the tank with silicone and a diy bracket. The heaters and filter intakes are mounted behind the background.
 
What size is the tank. It looks great.
