Yeah, it is real wood. One of nicest pieces of "stump" i have ever seen :-D

Thanks, I have seen them 1000 times, but when I was setting this tank up they really caught my eye. The pictures dont do them any justice. The blue in their bodies and red in the fins really pop. IMO they are nicer than the tetras, because they shoal better (the tetras tend to scatter) and they are bigger so you can actually see them from a distance.

Yeah, this setup deserves some slr or better shots! I can also take some dslr pics for you if KLee can't. I don't have the skills but at least I have the tool...a Pentax k-X
