*NEW* Diy Plywood tank idea.

I was going to coat a 72x24x24 tank with epoxy and fiberglass etc. But, i went to HD and found a 72X48 1/8 inch sheet of acrylic for 35$.So now i want to Line the tank with acrylic instead.Do i need to glue the sheets to the tank?Have HD cut them To the EXACT interior Measurement?(i heard if your milimeters off it will not work,the seals will blow out). And before you guys say that this will be too much,this and that,I made a list of items and did a Price check At HD,it will be 65.87$ w/o the viewing window.Please help as fibreglassing/epoxy would cost more and i want to do it this way.Thanks

I think i may use hardiplank and drylock,whats the name of the fish safe one?

I don't think it's good idea. It will be hard to get a good seal on the plastic.
