so my electric blue "lobster" got her own tank. she's about two or two and a half inches long, and a very pretty blue. my fiance' decided he wanted her to have her own place [she's his cray]. he named her molly. she's in a ten gallon, got white sand, three red-brown lava rocks, and a few plants [amazon swords, and what was labeled as and does look like coconut]. she's also got a few little snails from my community tank, and two black tetras [i'm getting some guppies tomorrow; got the tetras because the fish store was out of female guppies but gets new fish in on wednesdays]. just wanted to post my little setup is all. i'll see if i can get pics if anyone wants to see, but i need to find my camera, or use my phone. it'll have to be tomorrow or something.

ugh! so i took some pics [on my phone; my camera is still packed up somewhere] but since it was on my phone, i had to email them to myself [also my usb cord for my phone and my bluetooth reciever for the computer are packed up], and i'm just not recieving the emails. i've been waiting for like two hours. so when they show up i'll post the pics.

okay, i got a few, but they were on my phone, so they're not great. also, i couldn't get a good tank shot with the whole tank in the pic, so there's a bit cut off on each side. and all of the pictures look not as nice as real life..

so she molted for the first time [in our care] the day before yesterday. :] she's so much bigger now! you can sort of see in that first picture i posted that the bottom part of her left claw isn't exactly pointy; when we got her it was like the tip had been broken off. well it's back now, and all of her points are pointy-er. lol :] and actually, she seems a little darker and brighter, rather than faded :]
oh, and she completely destroyed one of her amazon swords today. lol. i'll have to pick some more up :]

Nice, how agressive are they? I was told not to put anything i didnt want attacked in with them. LFS being paranoid?
