New Endli- red on the belly......

I picked up 3 small 3” endlis. 1 died the day after I got them... I thought it would make it because it did eat a worm. It was very skinny.... head was way bigger than the body. Out of the 3 I picked up only 1 was looking good but I noticed the belly was a little red. (When I bought the endlis I didn’t really even look at them which was my mistake I just told the owner to give me the last 3 that was in the tank as the LFS I went to was a really good shop so I didn’t think twice about it.)
I just got the other 1 eating as you can notice it’s fat belly.

Should I be worried about the red belly?

They both have been pigging out on freeze dried krill and small bits of raw market shrimp.

aren't those things both red? Could it just be it showing through the belly?

I’d hold on feeding. If not better after a day or 2 then add maracyn2 or kanamycin. Shouldn’t be red.
