i just got a fahaka puffer i had for about 2 weeks now he is about 2 inches , and i can already say that this one of the best fish i had ....he chases my fingers , he ripes off the faces of feeder fish and eats them later. he swims around alot and he is a beutiful color....right now he is eating shrimp and feeders he wont touch the beefheart or blood worms can someone give me somemore ideas on what to feed him
 
Snails. Hard shelled crustaceans would be good for him. mussels? Get some pics up.

Davo.. I am not too fond of plecos but the one in your avatar is gorgeous!

Hammer Head...I would love to see pics of your fahaka puffer as well!!!
 
Nice. I just got one too that's about that size. I agree with you. They're great fish.
 
feeder fish are the worst possible thing you could feed your fahaka. If you want to watch him eat live food buy him crayfish. He needs foor with shells. shrimp, mussels and clams are good too snails are not to bad.
 
I got one a couple weeks ago too grows fast and eats like no tomorrow. you will love your new Fahaka... here is a pic of mine.

raw shrimp, or cooked shrimp, and is guppies good as well?
 
Raw shrimp. No feeder fish. Fahakas aren't one of the puffers that are piscivores. Cockles, Mussels, snails, hard shelled foods are essential for the teeth. Shrimp Bloodworm, Krill. There is plenty of variety.
