Never owned flowerhorns before so recently just purchased a couple of baby kamfas to try out. Biggest one is 1" and the other is a tad bit smaller. The 1" is swimming all over the tank while the smaller one seems to be hovering at the top or staying in a corner. I also noticed the smaller one is darker, which i think i read is a sign of stress in fh, but overall looks very healthy. The larger kamfa i noticed chases the smaller one out of the way when they get near each other but no signs of torn fins or bite marks yet. There doesn't really seem to be any signs of real aggression but i was wondering if i should separate them with a divider anyways. You think this is necessary at this size or should i just give it time. I just got the fh's today and they've only been in the tank a few hours. I'm just worried of waking up next morning and finding the smaller one has been killed or is all beat up. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Ok, thanks for the advice. I didn't think they were as aggressive at this size, but then again I've never owned FH before.
