New FH. potential? opinions?

i never really liked flowerhorns due to the giant nuchal hump, but i thought i'd give it try since i'm looking for something different anyways. so i found this lil guy/gal (?) about 2"-2.5" and bought it for $15, which was probly too much. i'v actually had it for a couple of days getting it fattened up. the red eye or other colors aren't fully showing in these pics because i took them a little bit afte the tank lights were turned off. i'll post better ones tomorrow. do u guys think it has any potential? any opinions are welcome. thanks

Look's to have a hard KOK (so no tennis ball head when it's bigger) Nice pearls, flowers and color. Should turn out to be a beautiful fish. No head though.

looks like a decent little fish. tail looks good, no tear drop, flowerline is OK. keep us updated on it as it progresses. i think potential is gonna be hard to guess on this one for now. give it couple months and repost it

Make sure to feed lots of color enhancing foods, I can see the pink in it's belly already (and I'm sure it's washed out a little because of the flash) so it should get a nice red color to it. It won't be something you can sell for hundreds down the road, but should be a pretty fish.

thanks for the quick replys as for feeding i've been giving hikari gold, wardly cichlid pellets, tetra color granules, freeze dried krill, and i plan on adding frozen shrimp this week. i'm not to concerned baout the head, as long as the colors develop nicely
