Rate your FH? Well you asked for it: frankly imho he's about a 4 on a scale of 1-10 -- no insult intended, you asked for a rating and I gave it to you -- that said I'll bet he's still a typical FH with great personality, so I'm sure you'll enjoy him, best of luck with your new buddy!

Yep imo too many peeps get caught up the looks of their FH -- granted yes they're important, we all want the most beautiful fish we can get, but I personally think the best thing about FH is their interactive (yet badass as you say) personalities. Plenty of info and posters to help if you have any questions about his care.

And by the way, to clarify he's by no means a bad-looking ZZ Dragon, in fact he's quite well-proportioned, really the only thing that brings down his (subjective) 'rating' is he doesn't have too much in the way of pearling or a solid flower line -- but of course these certainly don't affect personality -- so I'd be pretty happy, let alone for a free fish that was given to you

You know what I like and find very interesting about this fish? His face. It seems very thick. His face also has more of a Kamfa look to it where it is flat. Which I think is awesome. No other Kamfa traits at all, just the more flat face. Please post another picture of him in a few days after he settles in. Hopefully his reds will intensify as he gets comfortable in his new home. Nice flowerhorn with unique features. No rating needed.
