Well I switched everything over from my 20g long tank to this new biocube. I just liked how everything in it is set up and how the lights are and everything. Here's some pics of the new guy and some of the older fish from my previous tank. The last pic is of my one eyed pleco that my old convicts had a go at.

Nice puffer. Be careful that the puffer won't go after the pleco.

Be careful with that magfloat bro. It looks like you have the "glass" model in an acrylic tank.

Nice little setup. I've always wanted to keep some puffers.

cool puffer, how big will it get?

:iagree: the blue magfloats are for acrylic, I would get a new one quick, don't want to ruin that new tank

They get about 4 inches long, I have 2 in my 75 and they are really cool.

Is that a common pleco? If it is, he is going to outgrow the biocube, but I saw some big cichlid pellets in the back, so I guess you have room for him somewhere else.

How many gallons is this tank?

Great set up, but one day it will just be the puffer.

Put some ghost shrimp in and watch what happens :D

I been meaning to get one next time they get to my LFS but someone allways keeps beating me to it. >.< love the fiish man

O and I already have ghost shrimp in there already, and its not a common pleco, its stayed that size for a while now. The puffer doesn't go after anyone either, besides for food. He barely goes after the shrimp. Only a few nips, but Ive never seen him get any, found a few dead ones every now and then.

My puffers can find shrimp in the rockwork. They destroy them, and they are in a 75 so a lot more room for the shrimp to escape. 80 shrimp barely lasts 30 days with them.
