Here ... feeding Earthworms and Bloodworms now... wont take anything yet... no shrimps hopefully someday :/)

Too skinny, fatten him up!
Mine started on earthworms too. He'll take shrimp soon enough. Try some baby cooked cocktail shrimp here and there first; sometimes that will get fish started on shrimp. Just make sure there's nothing added since sometimes the cooked ones have salt and stuff.
