Almost looks like Rainfords Wrasse...but, would need a better pic.
 
looks like this one fish called a betta ill go look it up right now to make sure of the name

wait just looked at the tail i think a type of wrasse

yeah i guess i am lucky because were i live is on a island.so i was doing saltwater for a while but the fresh water fish are very expensive so i figure i go cheaper and salt so i go out everyday on low tide and go into bomb holes and catch them.

any info on the 2 i want to know what to feed them. what would my cleaner wrassel eat?

Cleaner wrasse really don't last too long...especially in such a small tank. You're better off putting them back where you got them.

And...I said Rainsford WRASSE, but I misspoke. I meant Rainsford GOBY. They'll need meaty food...brine and mysis, being as small as they are.
 
Because...they're CLEANER fish...they eat parasites. In a closed system, they're going to starve. You have a very, very slight chance that they'll eat prepared foods and remain healthy.
 
also, not a good mix of fish [and coral]. i'd return as much of the coral as you can, and the unsuitable fish. the wrasse, and anything that the lion could eat. what kind of filtration is running on this tank?
