New Fish Discovered?

Not only has a new species of fish been discovered, it belongs to an entirely new genus as well. The 7mm long fish has vibrant patches of color on the rostral end, while the rest of the body is transparent. The fish is native to the Rio Negro in Brazil, and is likely so small because of the poor nutrient content of the water.
