New fish for 75- any suggestions?

After a very successful experiment with some pothos, nitrates in my 75 gallon angelfish tank have been sitting at 0 for 2 weeks.
With the lowered pollutants I think I could add a few new fish to my stock.
I think I will add a shoal of discus, but before I commit i want to ask for any suggestions.

Given extra stocking allowance in a 75, what PERSONABLE fish or group of fish would you add that are compatible with Angels?

Existing stock? Not sure if you have 2 or 20 angels.
 
How many angels do you currently have? You can keep it peaceful maybe add dithers columbian tetras or other tetras. You can add some rams or keyhole cichlids or maybe a severum, but need to know complete current stocking in the tank.
