New Fish: Green Terror and Flowerhorn

The wife and I went on a trip to see some of the family for a couple of days and hit up a pet store on the way back home since someone gave me a $20 gift certificate , I picked up a small Green terror and a small flowerhorn (both about 1.5 to 2 inch if that).
Hoping the FH turns out nice, its my first and was the nicest looking one they had, the rest were all bigger but looked more like big Convicts then anything else.
Will get some better pics in a day or two after they settle in, but here they are in the bags when I got home after the 4 1/2 hrs drive from Nova Scotia back home to PEI. and after I put them in the QT tank.

Nice! That gold saum is already looking sharp considering how small it is. It's going to turn out to be a really nice specimen!

Thanks. I could not resist the terror, I have blue acras but they just dont grab your eye the way the gt does.

How did they do in the car? I have a trip coming up and want to bring some fish back, but its a 5hr drive. Did you just leave them in the bags they came in then? Nice GT, wish i had mine back

They did great, I left them in the bags I got them in and just put in a piece of air hose with an air-stone and ran it off my battery powered air pumps, I had 2 so I just set up one for each then put it all in a picnic cooler to keep the water temp good. I would just release the presser in the bags if they started to push the lid off the cooler. Both made the trip great and are settling in and eating like pigs.
