i got some new fish sent to me this Thursday. they arrived after being delayed for 24 hours in milwaukee due to a snow storm. that snow storm unfortunately cost me 3 fish out of the group of 7, which was my intended breeding group. :( sadly i think 2 big males and a female were the ones lost...

i think i have 1 pair and maybe 2 males or a small male and a large female. i don't know and i can't tell at the moment.
in any case, there is one dominant fish, which i think is a male given his head shape and fins, and i'm sure there is one female amongst them.
they are living with my yellow tailed flag tail and are settling in well and eating.
here are the pictures.

From just looking at the fish i see 1 male and 2 female which would be great for you. This fish can be slightly aggressive for its size. I've had them several times over the years and although folks will tell you they are mellow, they can be a bit aggressive with other fish but are awesome as they mature. I might have to get some of these guys again. I liked there spunky little attitudes of course they could never really inflict any real damage lol.

the flagtail got mauled by my argentea a few weeks ago. i thought they would be ok together but man did the argentea lay the smack down... it almost looked like he tried to lock jaws with this poor flagtail!
lol
but he's doing much better now with much more peaceful company.

Sorry to hear about the loss of 3 fish.

Nice looking new picks ups.
