New fish house build thread (England)

Hi Guys, although I registered as a member many years ago it is only now after uni life that I have finally started building my new fish house.

After posting photos on my Facebook page for the last month, I decided to set up a tumblr account with a registered website address.

Please elaborate on your design intent are you building a waterproof house as a giant fish tank like one of our member sorta did or are you building a building to fill with tanks?

The whole building is 30 foot x 8 foot but the actual fish house will be 12 x 8. The room will be racked for fish tanks and some centralised, whilst others run individually. Heating the room with a 2Kw electric heater on a thermostat, and due to the lovely british climate 50mm or 100mm celotex.

Nothing is set in concrete yet, but that is the plan we are heading towards at the moment.

Sorry double post: * 50mm / 100mm celotex as insulation for the walls / ceiling.
