so i justed started about 2 weeks ago i have a 29g freshwater tank i have 3 angels, 2 clowns and 2 bala's, polkadot pictus, and a comon pleco. if any one can give me some tips on wat to watch for wat to treat the tank with what kind of foods... i realise from all the reading i have done that a 29g tank wont fit these guys forever in the process of looking for a bigger tank atm

any advice i can get id love to hear it

i have 2 filters going atm a 20-30g and a 10-30g and a whisper heater rated for 30 to 60g

any ideas for more fish to add to my tank would be great!:D

cheers!

Not to sound rude or anything but i think your jumping the gun a bit by asking what fish to add... since by looking at your current stock list, your likely going to need a 125G+ tank...

thats my intentions in about a month or so there all very small now so i think what i have will be fine for a short run

I would say just add fish to you stock so you have 5 of each (except the pleco) all of them do better with a 5+ school. But that said you'll need a huge tank for 5 balas.

yeah, i wouldn't add anything. in fact i'd take back the balas and pleco and replace them with a smaller species of pleco, like a bristlenose or something. read up on angels if you want to keep them too because they have a tendency to either get beaten up or beat everyone else up, not a ton of good tank mates for angels but there are a few; cory cats, rasboras, probably a few more...

im looking for a 125 to 220g tank ill have it within 2 months no problem i may hold off on adding more untill then but as far as my angels go i have been watching them since i got them they seem pretty passive my other fish are to busy right now to even mess with them but ill keep a close eye on it...

GET OUT NAOW. IT'S AN ADDICTION.
YOU CAN'T STOP RUN AWAY BEFORE IT'S TO LATE.

i feed flakes, shrimp pellets, freeze dried baby shrimp, and algea waffer every once in a while and my balas LOVE zucchini, is there anything im missing that would contribute to good health
