Awesome fish, almost looks like an American White Perch. is there an English name for it, and how big does it get?

Around here they just get called Yellowbelly, or Golden perch.

Get to around 24-30", though these arent terribly common lol.

nice yella, i originally come from swan hill and love fishing the murray, love catching yella's. I've thought about getting one for my cod tank but i dont think it would last long with my murray, maybe another tank.
