New fish room, tank sizes etc..

Ok this a scattered question so hold on. I am moving a (again) building me a place with added room from the house for a fish room, sink, all and lots of gfci outlets, own circuit board and some type of dehumidifier build in. Ok we're do y'all get your tanks.looking for an 8x2x2. Glass cages is crazy in prices. Also setting up an 180, would that be ok for 6 severums. Also I'd anyone has dedicated fish rooms, please chime in on tips and must haves. Thanks. Room will house 3x 125s, 180, 150, and some large 8 ft tank

OR is glass cages worth it looking at 240 long. I am used to used CL tanks

An easy to clean floor, either concrete or vinyl. General good room lighting. Separate circuit if you want to heat the room rather than using individual heaters.

It will be rough cement type, was thinking floor drain, but i 50% all my tanks every week, wont that eventually lead to a sink hole, due to the constant water flow, lol sorry if that is dumb, any tips, or places to get tanks, I am thinking of the 240 long, 8ft x 24x25.
