ok so im looking for a new monster ^_^lol; however, i am really am unsure of what i want...I would like something that is active, teethy, aggressive, fit comfortable in a 75 gal...and possibly get along with a Hoplias malabaricus... any suggestions?

Does it have to get along with the wolf fish? In a 75g that's a tall order. Without the wolf fish you have a few options. Piranha, possibly some other characins. Or if you want less teeth and more just outright aggression all the time I'm sure there's a few aggressive cichlids you could keep in there.
oh, another off-note question...the aquarium light is sort of bright and whenever i turn it on he will flip out then suddenly become inactive. Should i be concerned by this or is it normal?
