New fish

Nice looking fish. What is the fish in the first picture? i think my LFS has some of those guys but i don't really know anything about them.
the first pic is a flagtail prochilodus, im planning to get a group when i get my 240, and that oscar is not actually alone, i will be getting some giant danios for the top of that tank but theres a little female green severum in there too, its only a 60 gallon, so I dont want to many fish in there besides the oscar, but he'll have lots of company when he goes in my future 240, in approx three months
NICE TANK that flagtail looks cool and NICE O how big is he? he looks like he was well taken care of usually when you get the bigger Os from places they have signs of HITH 
but yeah i like your aquascaping as well cant wait to see your 240 all set up and stocked when you get it 
but yeah i like your aquascaping as well cant wait to see your 240 all set up and stocked when you get it i actually got those two oscars for a trade, i traded my Psittacus, i know, there beautiful, but it hospitalized two of my fish and i really dont like having fish that kill eachother so, traded with a guy for two tiger oscars, one is about 10 inches the other is around 7. yeah im so exited getting a 240, still saving money though, and searching craigslist for the tank and filters, im planning to get it within three months, i dont like keeping the oscars in 60 and 75 gallon tanks. in the 240 i plan to have 2 oscars, a shoal of prochilodus, either some smaller wolf fish or bichirs, and ill put my alta pike in there too, and if my severums pair up ill probablly put em in there too. i dont know, i keep thinking of more and more fish i would like, ah, gonna have to narrow it down so the tank doesnt become a crowded mess

I thought about doing a group of flagtails, but was told consistently that I would need at least 8. They get big, and having 8 in a tank takes too much room.... So I'm sticking with 2, in 2 different tanks.

x2 I agree, the previous owner took good care of it. Nice tank. Still not ready to move the green female in with the male yet?
Nice collection I especially like the flagtail.. Just so you know they do better solo and almost never work in groups of them.. The most dominant flagtail will kill the others. Can't wait to see your 240!
