What the heck is that last shot in the first set of pictures? haha...nice!! Very kewl my man! Rare fish they are, not many peeps have them, heck, VERY FEW people have them! Awesome! I wouldn't risk it with that synspilum though....not worth it.

The Syn shows a little aggression to the others, but doesnt chase them, only faces them. The canarensis is doing very well, it was eating in the first few minutes, pecking at the algea and gravel for food.

Boiled/blanched spinach would a be good subsitute/addition to the diet, for the cana. and the syn.

What is blanched?
Its when you lightly steam/boil the vegetable, just enough to make it wilt and become more palatable. Less intense then boiling the spinach. You could blanch it by placing some in a ziplock bag with some water for bout 1.5 minutes....
