I just caught a small green sunny. Its in quarentine in my 5.5 at the moment after i get my new 20 gallon long resealed the sunny is going in there. then after that it will go in a 4 ft tank. or my friends private pond. pics are coming soon. i had pics but the camera messed up and didnt save the pics.

I have like 5 or more green sunfish. My biggest one is like 4". They grow really fast.

All of mine ate it all the first day I had them in the tank (now in a pond). Why wouldn't you keep him if you have a 4ft. tank? They can easily live for life in a 4ft.

It should eat in a day or so. My largest is just shy of 6", and he ate the day after he was caught. My smaller one is 5" and ate the same day he was caught. I made the mistake of hand feeding them. Now the big one "pops" the lid or bashes the heater to get my attention (he knows I hate that).

Update:
It seems to be swimming around but when i come up the the tank it sits in the back

DEMONFISH:headbang2 Give it some time, a week, and it will be begging for food. Greens are very adaptable, If not the most adaptable sunfish.
