New fish

I just picked up an eel-like fish today, and I need some help with an I.D. It's white/pink and looks like a cross between a lungfish and a Caecilian Worm. There are no signs of appendages like a lungfish and the gill slits are under the throat. It has a blunt face like a lung fish. Pics as soon as possible. Any ideas?
Oh...the guy claimed they come from India.

It looks like Monopterus albus, but white/pink.
