New fish.

I got 2 new fish yesterday, one of them is rare. Anyone care to guess what they are? Here's a picture of the 2 bags.

No idea what they are but they appear to be very well bagged.

With the way liveaquaria bags their fish the bag could stop a bullet.
I'll give a hint for anybody interested
Neither are top dwelling fish.
