New fishies!

I got these little guys 2 days ago, there some of the first jags in my state in 2 years!!! couldnt pass the chance up so I bought 2.

they have a 600 litre bow front nearly all to themselves.
I'm feeding them up on 1mm NLS cichlid pellets, Hikari blood worms, hikari brime shrimp and one seems to love the plecos algae wafers much to the plecos dislike an much to my dislike the plants .

lol yeah it is, i got 3 of them for free they got scooped up with some neons an the pet shop said just take them. I swear they are invincible.

First jags in your state in 2 years? I doubt it.. Managuense are one of the most common new world cichlids around. I know if you raise them long enough they'll probably become your favorite fish. I will bet you end up with 1 though. Good luck with them.

Maybe in America they are. I'm from Tasmania, Australia the so called nature state. We cant mail order fish an im pretty sure just about everything thats not a cichlid is banned lol Theres even Australian natives they wont let down here.

They are how ever growing on me fast. One never has stripes an the other is always wearing them stress?
