New Fishy Friends...

....But... Geo WHO? I can't remember what the tank said they were.. They were in the tank next to the Calvus pair (pics - ain't they cute?), and were too cute to leave there..

Anyone know what they are? I bought three of them.. Do I need more? Less?

Nobody know what these are? They were labeled Surinamensis.. I got 3 from one fish store, and 2 from another - all tanks were labeled the same, but the fish look nothing alike...

Well not totally sure on the Geo ident- there are many closely related species. One thing I would do is put the Calvus in another tank with water more toward what they have naturally. But with most tank raised from bitrh fish in local water it prolly wont make a difference. Just a sort of semantics type thing.

All of my tanks have a PH of 8.2.. Everyone's gravy, so I'm not going to artificially alter it.. It's consistent.
