New Flagtail! 3"

I just got this 3" flagtail for about $28 it was over a bit by $8 but im fine with that price just wanted to post it and does anyone know what to feed it and will it eat feeders with its big lips?

Looks little skinny. No it will not eat feeders. Its a veggie eater. Feed flakes and alage.

k thanks i know he started eating flakes but how do i get it fatter?

Looks skinny but you should be able to turn that around. Haha sans feeders

so he wont even eat bloodworms? like i want to get him fat and more healthy hes swimming around with 2 baby pbass i just bought with him

Silver Dollar are also supposed to be herbivores but the fish will adapt to whatever food you feed him I'm sure. Mine shred crickets, blood worms, beef heart, shrimp, etc. I doubt he'll have any problems eating blood worms. Really depends on the specific fish though. Just experiment. Nice grab. Would love to have one of these.
