hey i just picked up this guy today, hes been living in our water for over a year and is about 12".i have never kept a flower sucessfully before.any info or insight on sucesses to keeping these more sensitive rays is greatly welcomed.i have only kept the more agressive eaters.

today i went to the other side of our city way up north where the water supply is alot different.the ph of the water he came in 7.2 and mine is 8 down south.i am doing a slow drip acclimation.i watched the rays pound 3-4 big dew worms about 2 hours ago.he is very fat and healthy brightly colored at only 12".

any general info on sucesses of keeping these guys would be great.and of course i have read alot already i would just like to hear it from hands on experiences of anybody.my goal is to keep this guy in my big ray community tank with all black rays eventually.I kinda just want something a bit different crusing around with them.

5 minutes after i put him in the tank he ate 5 worms.ten minutes later he ate 2 more!!

its very wierd that these rays are nicer than most black rays less common and still very much more affordable!! i have many black rays and i already thiunk i like this guy more.

Hey nice flower!!!

Just wait.... Mine is as big eater as any Leo or motoro!
Will eat anything!
and yours is living with leos fine man

Actually small leo's, I am scared to move him with the more aggressive larger rays. Don't want to risk it until he is bigger. Mine is about 10.5"
