New Flowerhorn Question

I just got a new flowerhorn hes about 3 inches maybe bigger... had home for about 3 days how long do you think i would tkae for him to know im his owner and be use to be and be interactive?

Not all flowerhorns are created equal so it’s tough to say. Especially when you’re dealing with a little guy it might take some time for a bond to form. I wouldn’t sweat it. I’ve had my guy 3+ years and he is very interactive, he’s also a big boy so I don’t think he views me as a threat.

I’ve never had a flowerhorn, but for all my cichlids they have become my best friend within two weeks. Only a day for my blood parrot.

Not very long. Try hand feeding everyday one time until he gets used to your hand and then you can start putting your hand in the water and get him comfortable going near your hand and your hand going near him. It just takes time
