New Flowerhorn

Hello everyone,

Just picked up this lil guy/gal yesterday and was wondering if anyone could possibly ID what type and sex if thats possible.

Its currently alone in a 40gal but I was thinking of moving it to 200gal with 3 young KKP's in hopes that 2 would hopefully pair up, what other fish could I possibly pair it up with?
Any other tank mate suggestions? I would add all at roughly the same size and at the same time if this helps.

It's a male ZZ red dragon.

As for tankmates, it's always extremely touch and go with flowerhorns. If you are lucky it might pair up with one of your female parrots. Even so, it probably won't tolerate even a paired female for too long. Seriously, flowerhorns are best on their own. Even a 200G, it might see as totally it's own territory. You might get lucky though !
Alternate partners ... look for a female FH.

Whilst he's growing that's fine but I'd recommend giving an adult flowerhorn a 55G as an absolute minimum. Although, personally, I wouldn't keep one in less than 75G. Most males get to about a foot long, if not more !!

wait, in all 3 pics I notice that he has a long white string come out off the anal. He's possibly sick. You should cure him asap. Anyway, nice RD with nice kok at his size
