new flowerhorn

hello recently transformed my 125 from african cichlids to just a single wet pet so i went down to my local pet store and bought a flowerhorn for 3 bucks they had a tank full of 50 probley its very small and currently lives in a 125 with 3 fluval 405s for filters and 3 zebra danios


just had a quick question he is hiding and very skiddish ive had him for 3 days will he come out and swim soon im just wondering????

no pics for now hes been hiding but has been eating myisis shrimp and some pellets

and its hard to get a pic of him so as soon as i can i will he is so small but is starting to develop a hump it looks like

Since he is eating, it's fine. He is definitely just getting used to the new tank, eventually he'll get used to the environment around him and come out of hiding.

went to petsmart today they had a sale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so i picked up 10 tiger barbs and 5 giant danios for 15 bucks
added them and guess what the little fh came right out and chased them away but he seems to be more at home and was even begging for food today will have pics as soon as i can snap them
