new flowerhorn

hey,
i just got my first flowerhorn, he's about 3" and actually a decent looking little fella, good lateral markings and good color.i was curious abotu grading...just the basics on the system. i was also curious about how to improve the grade of the flowerhorn,im sure diet and substrate colors but i want tips from thee pros here.sooo... got any?

I'm pretty sure you're gonna need a photo for anyone to give you a "grade". Also it's tough to tell how it will turn out if it's still very small. Enjoy your fish!!

ok heres a couple pics i got yesterday, his tankmate is a large red devil and some smaller cons., im not expecting a high grade. he was cheap, the best looking out of the batch, and the biggest aprox3". i would like to know feeding tips and substrate/background color though, just so i can bring out everythinkg the fish has to offer as he grows.

looks like a low grade kf to me....but hey,who knows...you might get lucky!!!!

so sorry for the silly question and im pretty sure i could find the answer somewhere but what is "kf" and can anyone provide care tips to bring out the best in this guy?

KF= KAMFA,WHICK IS ONE OF THE 2 MAIN CATAGORIES OF FLOWERHORN,
ANY HYBRID THAT HAS ZZ IN THEM WILL BE CONSIDER AS KAMFA!(ZZ= ZHEN ZU=PEARL IN MADRINE.WHICH IS THE MORE STABLE CATAGORY IN FLOWERHORNS)
