I picked this one up he’s about an inch long. Could anyone tell me what kind he may be or what colors may come out. Am new to flowerhorns but have had cichlids for many years.

Hard to say at that size but I would imagine it's either a Kamfa or a Red Dragon. I'm leaning more towards the red dragon side since it seems to have very few pearls on it. Granted only time will tell the truth. If it is a red dragon you can expect it to grow a decent sized kok along with the front half turning red while the back half turns more blueish in color. Here's a pic of my old male that I had a few years ago just to show ya how it "could" look in the end.
I agree with Magnus, that fish is too young. I got my first fish at that size, it was really interesting to grow him out. Post again when he is more than 3 inches.
