Who thinks its going to be the next best thing for Monster Fish Keeping???

ooooh....what's it boasting to do? make water changes for you? lol

This was all the info I could find...

Hagen decided to launch a complete mini-site devoted to their new Fluval G series filter of sorts. This is a bold move considering the industry is relatively small. Since we first mentioned the murmurs of the Fluval G, we still have no idea what this new filter might bring, but industry sources seem to indicate that a programmable wet-dry/refugium sump system may be in the works. Those are only rumors sadly and we have nothing tangible to go by. However, the silhouettes in the image above appear to be sporting the glow from a display backlight, perhaps because they will be sporting a display and all the programmable features which might be made available with such a display.

If this is will be a good filter with good engineering, unlike the Fx5 (ie. engineering part), I would have to say "Its about time Hagen!!"

I would really like to see something DIFFERENT since all canister filters are about the same. Maybe something that will allow us to better keep fish and clean tanks. I know i am excited about it. But then again its probably going to cost so much that Fx5's and Sumps are really the only 2 ways to go :-(
