New Food Choice

I am setting up a new African Cichlid tank. (male Haps and Peacocks)
I am looking for food advice for the 3-4 inchers that I put in first.
After reading opinions here, I am planning to order 1mm pellets of NLS.

Any opinions would be appreciated.

That should work, u can also add the occasional ghost shrimp or pinhead crickets

I would go with the NLS, in my research it appears to be the best option.
