Shipping is steep unless you intend on buying bulk.....refuse to pay for the product when the services are more expensive.

I think I will go with NLS Cichlid Formula and more of the Ocean Nutrition Vegi-Formula.
 
Take that back, he carries NLS and with the addition of his flakes...much cheaper and a larger quantity than the cheapest combination of Ocean Nutrition and NLS on Amazon.
 
Check the NLS formula. Kens Fish has the 34% protein version. I just purchased the 3mm Lg. Fish Formula from ThatFishPlace that has 36% protein and includes squid. I'm assuming the 36% is the newer of the two because my old NLS jar has 34% protein.
 
I ordered the veggie flake from kensfish and my mbuna love it. I use a lot of variety in their diet but they get flakes every morning. They are growing nicely, have great color and no disease.

I use color FX because it promotes growth.
