am a new person from TN. I grew up with fish as my grandmother (who raised me) and an uncle had tanks of all sizes all over the house!

I've had fish just about all my life and now have a 75 gal., 45 gal., 29 gal., and the love of my life that I will be setting up soon, my 125 gal..

I have pretty fish in one in the 45 and some severm in the 75. the 29 will get the severn when we start moving the 75 to another wall while we bring in the 120 and get it set up .

thanks for letting me join

welcome Sharon to MFK.. nice to meet you... you have quite a few tanks already and i am looking forward to seeing pics when you can... and congradulations on the soon to be 125gal..thats going to be the ultimate...what are you planning for it... if you have any questions just let me know...

I love the cichlids and am thinking about putting them in both the 75 and the 125. The red dot severm have managed to kill everything I put in with them except the pleco and he's 3x's their size. They even killed 2 oscars that was only a tad smaller then them. My fish store owner was totally shocked over their behavior.
Right now I just want to get it all decorated really nice. See if i can find a used 3d background for both of the large tanks and just fix them up realisticly. I have time, am disabled, so I do this on a budget unfortunately, but I get it accomplished.

The best thing to do when planning what your going to do with tank set ups is take your time planning... it was amazing to me how many little tips i gained from looking at others pics and reading info when i was setting up my 125gal frontosa tank... just the little things can make a big difference... and i am sorry to hear your disabled but this hobby will give you plenty of entertainment and help you along in your recovery... nice to meet you Sharon... your so very welcome... and we will help you along the way.

Hello and welcome, :)
