new fry need help

I have a batch of red jewell cichlids no other tank mates, and was woundering how much and oftento feed? Also how long schould iwait before takeing the fry out or can i raise them along with the parents?
any ideas would help.

keep them with their parents feed them normally parents will take care of them!
