New fry

My con fry are free swimming now is there an advantage to leaving them with there parents or taking them out now? If i was to leave them with thee parents how long? I was thinking leave them for a week or so. But i do have there growout tank ready now.
 
Convicts tend to be very good parents. I would leave them. Or you could split the group and leave a few for the parents and move some if your worried about them.

+1 Whenever it's a pair's first spawn I do that because just incase the parents decide to eat the fry I still have some in another tank I can grow out.
 
They are doing very well so far i have not seen eather of them eat the eggs or wingers or now the new fry. So when should i separate them?
