New gar keeper!

Picked up our first gar today, and I was wondering if anyone could ID him/her for me. It was sold to us as a marble gar, but it looks like a spotted gar to me, Im no expert though. Any other help would be appreciated. heres some pics.

thanks i tried to get the best shot i could, but he wouldnt stop moving.
