They'll mostly drink dew from you misting them and humidity building up on the leaves, but i really recommend adding a water dish, the evaporating water will also help add some humidity to the tank.
The leaves look like there is enough there to hide, but i'd probably make it a little more densly planted, make sure they can get out from under the heatlamp to cool down when they want to.
they won't be spending to much time on the ground, but I still recomend changing the splintery wood crap substrate to some nice eco-earth, i just don't care for that stuff, eco earth is better too, cause they can ingest it and pass it throught thier system if they grab some while eating crickets.
